The Cutting Files is a revolutionary new way to use your Digital Die Cutting Machine to its fullest extent.
Included with each Cutting files Template is a layered PSD File which can be used to print out a project and cut it on your machine. I will explain how this project should be used.
Open up your template in Photoshop/Photoshop Elements/Paintshop Pro. X and Higher.
There are so many beautiful Digital Backgrounds that will be the perfect touch to your projects. Here is a easy step by step guide on how to add them to the Layered PSD Templates included in the Cutting Files Packages.
Decide which background and which template you will be using. Open them up in either Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.
Inking and Distressing go hand in hand. They complement each other but looks great on their own too!
Here are 2 Inking Techniques:
You will need some Chalk Ink/Distress Ink, Applicator (I use a Make-Up Sponge) and a Non Stick Craft Sheet or I made one using Wax Paper that I wrapped around a self healing mat and taped shut.
This basic tutorial will demonstrate what it means to ‘score and fold’. Very popular with Origami, Card Making and creating Boxes and Bags.
You will need a Bone Folder and Ruler.
Use the Bone Folder and Ruler to create a line along the area indicated to score and fold.
